Covid-19 Info

Effective Monday March 16th 2020, the My Ombudsman program will be suspending walk-in services at their office location in Malden. My Ombudsman staff will be working remotely due to the public health guidance surrounding the Coronavirus.  We expect this policy to be in place until further indication from health officials that it is appropriate to resume in-person visits.

All other My Ombudsman services remain available. My Ombudsman staff continue to be accessible via phone at 855-781-9898, via videophone at 339-224-6831, and via email at info@myombudsman.org.  Thank you for your understanding and we look forward to continuing our work with you.
