What we do
We help MassHealth members of all ages, abilities, and identities access the care they need. We are here and ready to answer your questions about your health plan.
Our Process
1 Consultation
First, we learn about you and your healthcare needs. You can ask us questions and get answers about your health plan.
2 Problem-Solving
Next, we help you review your options and find solutions.
3 Mediation
If further help is needed, we send a mediator to work with you and your doctor or care representative to problem-solve.
4 Learn About Appeals
If these options haven’t solved your issue, we will show you how to file an appeal and what to expect during the appeal process.
5 Get a referral
If you decide to go forward with the appeal or grievance, we then refer to information and problem resolution resources, including formal grievance and appeal processes and legal services.
